President & CEO Masaaki Uchiyama
Mr. Uchiyama was born in Kobe in 1962. He graduated from Doshisha University with Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Mr. Uchiyama has worked for Nikko Securities and Nikko System Center (currently Nikko System Solutions). He has more than 10 years of experience in and outside of Japan with various securities system development projects. His technical platform experience ranges from mainframe to UNIX and PC. Following the merger, he became CEO and President of SBI Trade Win Tech.

Vice President Tetsuya Nakao
Mr. Nakao was born in Yamaguchi in 1969.
He started his career in commodity planning at NEC Information Services (now NEC Nexsolutions). He has since held a string of important positions including Director of Quartech in 1998, Managing Director of the same company in 2000, Managing Director of BookMarkEnterprise in 2001, Director of Traders Investment Management in 2003, and Managing Director of Traders Financial Systems (SBI Tech) in 2004. Mr. Nakao has a wealth of experience in consulting on the systems implementation for financial institutions. Following the merger, he became Vice President of SBI Trade Win Tech.

Vice President Mamoru Fujimoto
Mr. Fujimoto was born in Tokyo in 1964. He graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology and completed a Masters course in Engineering.
Mr. Fujimoto has worked for Andersen Consulting (current Accenture) and has practiced in the Japanese financial services industry for more than 10 years. His consulting experience includes strategic planning, process reengineering, and system development.
He has led projects in capital market operations and systems conceptual design and has engaged in project planning for leading city banks, institutional investors, foreign trust banks, major securities firms, and major investment management firms.
